Question:  Why do I see 3 digit ZIP Codes? Why are leading zeros removed from ZIP Code?  
Answer:  The leading zeros are actually present, but probably suppressed by Excel formatting (Excel leading Zeros).
To see them, highlight the ZIP Code column, choose Format > Format Cells > Special > ZIP Code.
You may also view them by opening the file in notepad (which does not add formatting).

Answer:  From the main menu, choose 'Subscribers / Account Setup.'

Question:  I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?  
Answer:  From the main menu choose 'Subscribers / Login Maintenance'. To go there now, click the following link login maintenance.
Question:  Do I have to place my order over the internet?   
Answer:  No, not if you choose annual invoicing with a twelve month subscription. For annual invoices, our payment terms are net thirty (30) days. Please contact us for annual billing setup. All monthly subscriptions are charged to a credit card via our secure website. We can accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.
Question:  When will my subscription expire? How will I know when to renew?  
Answer:  Subscriptions are set up to auto renew based on your preferred billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Main Menu by choosing Subscribers / Active Subscriptions and deselecting “Auto-Renew”.
Question:  What is the Cancellation policy?  
Answer:  You may terminate your subscription to the Service for any reason. Just go to Main Menu by choosing Subscribers / Active Subscriptions and deselecting “Auto-Renew”. This will cancel further renewal of your subscription and you will no longer be billed.
Question:  What is the Refund policy?  
Answer:  As always, has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
