| When will my subscription expire? How will I know when to renew? | If your subscription is set to auto-renew, renewal occurs the last night of your subscription period to prevent interruption. If auto-renew is off at subscription end, your subscription will expire. You may change the auto-renew setting any time prior to subscription end (choose Your Account / Customer Profile and adjust your Order's auto-renew setting). |
| How do I cancel a data subscription? | Simply choose Your Account / Customer Profile from the menu and deselect “auto-renew” from your Order(s). This will cancel further renewal of your subscription and you will no longer be billed. |
