|Why do I see 3-digit ZIP Codes? Why are leading zeros removed from ZIP Code?
||The leading zeros are actually present; however, some programs suppress them with formatting. To see them in Excel, highlight the ZIP Code column, choose Format / Format Cells / Special / ZIP Code. Opening the file in notepad (which does not add formatting) will also reveal that the leading zeros are present.

|When will my subscription expire? How will I know when to renew?
||If your subscription is set to auto-renew, renewal occurs the last night of your subscription period to prevent interruption. If auto-renew is off at subscription end, your subscription will expire. You may change the auto-renew setting any time prior to subscription end (choose Clients / Profile and adjust your Order's auto-renew setting).
|What is GreatData's Cancellation policy?
||You may terminate your subscription for any reason. Simply choose Clients / Profile from the menu and deselect “auto-renew” from your Order(s). This will cancel further renewal of your subscription and you will no longer be billed.
