Why do I see 3-digit ZIP Codes? Why are leading zeros removed from ZIP Code? The leading zeros are actually present; however, some programs suppress them with formatting. To see them in Excel, highlight the ZIP Code column, choose Format / Format Cells / Special / ZIP Code. Opening the file in notepad (which does not add formatting) will also reveal that the leading zeros are present.
How do I change the contact information you have for my account? Click here to update your contact info or choose Customer Profile from the Your Account menu. Login is required.

I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it? Click here to retrieve password or from the Login page, click 'Forgot Password'.
Do I have to place my order over the internet? No. Our payment terms are net thirty (30) days. Please contact us for annual billing setup.
When will my subscription expire? How will I know when to renew? If your subscription is set to auto-renew, renewal occurs the last night of your subscription period to prevent interruption. If auto-renew is off at subscription end, your subscription will expire. You may change the auto-renew setting any time prior to subscription end (choose Your Account / Customer Profile and adjust your Order's auto-renew setting).
What is GreatData's Cancellation policy? You may terminate your subscription for any reason. Simply choose Your Account / Customer Profile from the menu and deselect “auto-renew” from your Order(s). This will cancel further renewal of your subscription and you will no longer be billed.
